Pamela Stephens, age 56, of Galena, OH, died Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Saint Anns Hospital of Galena, OH. Pamela was born September 16, 1956 in Columbus, OH. She is the daughter of James Stephens and Pauline Boggs Stephens.
She was a Homemaker.
She is survived by one daughter: Cara Pennell of The Woodlands, TX and one son: Chad Boggs of Galena, OH; her father James Stephens and mother Pauline Boggs Stephens; ; she also has one granddaughter, Alivia Grace Boggs of Galena, OH.
The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at Wilson Funeral Home Inc., 1270 Hwy 2565, Louisa, KY with Rev. Gary Sparks officiating. Burial will be in Stephens Family Cemetery, Blaine, KY.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, May 15 from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home Inc., 1270 Hwy 2565, Louisa, KY.
