Obituary of Joey Randall Austin

Joey Randall Austin, 45, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on September 25, 2022, at home, surrounded by his loving family following an extended illness.

Joey was born January 31, 1977, in Louisa, KY.

Joey is preceded in death by his mother, Kimberly D. Austin, Paternal Grandparents Lawrence {Vonda} Pigg and Maternal Grandfather, Joe Austin.

Joey is survived by his Children Hannah Austin -Clark {Mason} of Louisa, KY, Colton Austin, of Louisa, KY, and Kennedy Casdorph of West Virginia.

He is also survived by his father, William R. Pigg (Pamela), of Louisa, KY, his brother, William Rusty Austin (Teresa), of Louisa, KY, sisters, Amy Spence of Georgetown, KY, Courtney Trout (Joshua) of Louisa, KY, Grandmother, Faith Austin of Louisa, KY, best friend, Johnny Adkins, and a host of family and friends.

Joey was retired from Steel of WV and enjoyed spending time with family and friends and watching sports.

Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, at 1 PM at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Rudy Crockett officiating.  Burial will follow in the Chaffins-Derifield Cemetery.  Friends may visit the family on Tuesday, September 27th from 6-9 PM at Wilson Funeral Home.  All care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
