Obituary of Lowell Gene Bush

Lowell Gene Bush, 87 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away Thursday, December 1, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

   Gene was born May 27, 1935 in Louisa, the son of the late Lowman Francis and Hazel Coburn Bush. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by six brothers Russell, Richard, Bill, Ivan, Cecil, and Farris Bush, and a sister Louise Frazier. He was a Journeyman Carpenter by trade.

   Survivors include his loving wife Patricia Wolford Bush; two daughters Regenia Bush (Gary Terry) and Loretta Rivera; a son Lowell Bush and wife Julie; sisters Garnett Tabors, Marie Moore, and Lois Stevens; grandchildren Jeffrey, Megan, Alaxandra, Angelina, T.J. and Myles; and great grandchildren Jasmine, Brandon, Jeffrey Gene, Anthony, Aubrey, Wyatt, and Walter.

   Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 6th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Roger Jordan and Bro. Lowell Bush officiating. Burial will follow in the Bush Gardens located at his home in Louisa. Friends may visit the family on Monday, December 5th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home
