Obituary of Lillian D. Gray

Lillian D. Gray 86 of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on December 17, 2022, surrounded by her
loving family.

Lillian was born April 2, 1936, at Pulaski, Virginia the daughter of the late Charlie and Lena Rupe Dalton.

Lillian was a loving faithful Christian wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt. She loved her church and family. Lillian and Jim married April 19th, 1958 and celebrated 64 years of marriage.

Lillian was a faithful member of First Baptist Church since 1973. She served as a Sunday School teacher, assistant Sunday School teacher, directed Christmas programs, and enjoyed the lady’s small group Bible study. She enjoyed serving until her health began to fail. Lillian was a registered nurse and retired from King’s Daughter Home Health in 1997 where she served in Lawrence, Boyd, Carter, Johnson, and Elliott Counties, and Wayne, WV. She was also a member of Eastern Star.

Survivors include her loving husband Jim Gray; three sons Tony Gray, Les Gray, and Greg Gray and wife
Emily; a daughter Mary Adams and husband Michael; grandchildren Justin (Carrie) Gray, Zach Gray, Emily
Alsobrook and husband Rob, Katlyn Grove and husband Roger, Chantel Omer and husband Chris,
Dahkota Gray and wife Brook, Haley Bowen, Dalton Gray, Phylicia Adams, Charley Martin and husband
Chad, Michael Adams and wife Ashley; fourteen great grandchildren; sisters Glenna Burnette and Esther
Morrison; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at the First Baptist Church Louisa on Wednesday December 21st at 1:00 pm
with Rev. Chuck Price and Bro. Tim Ellis officiating. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday December
21st from 11:00 am until time of services at the First Baptist Church Louisa.
