Obituary of Loethia Reed

Loethia Reed 59 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away February 20, 2023 at the Community Hospice Care Center following a brief illness.

Loethia was born Novemeber 18, 1963 at Louisa, the daughter of the late Phillip and Helen Jane Carter Reed. She was a former Certified Medication Aide at The Jordan Center. Loethia was a devoted care-giver and treated her residents and co-workers as family. She was a friend that would always be there with help, whenever she could. Her life and legacy is defined by her giving heart and her love of animals, especially Benji.

She is survived by a sister Tammy Bush; two brothers Harvey Reed and wife Margaret, and Brian Reed and wife Jamie; an uncle Joe Reed and wife Glenna; nieces and nephews Ashley (John) Bailey, Jaime (Allen) Crum, Shannon Reed, John Michael Reed, Caleb Ryan Reed, Tiffany (Shawn) Adkins, Tyler Reed, and Lucas Reed, "Her" special boy Brayden King; "Her" babies Fiona, Eliza, and Remi. She is also survived by a host of extended family and friends that through the years became family. The family would like to say a Special Thank You to Sammy and Tammy Howe, Johnny and Bev Maynard, and Phyllis Simms.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date to be announced by the family of Loethia.

Care for Loethia and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
