Obituary of Tonya Ann Blackburn

Tonya Ann Blackburn 45 of River, Kentucky passed away Saturday April 29, 2023 at her home following a sudden illness.

Tonya was born January 25, 1978 at Louisa, Kentucky the daughter of Marsheila Miller and Joel Stevens. She was a Certified Dialysis Technician.

She is preceded in death by her husband Brad Blackburn.

Survivors include her son Preston Scholl; a daughter Bailyn Thompson; her mother Marsheila Miller and husband Junior; her father Joel Stevens and wife Lynn; two sisters Kerrie Ridgeway and husband James, and Amy Moore and husband Chris; a half-brother Scott Boggs; niece Alli Frazier (Carl Perkins); nephews Brady Davis; nieces and nephews Abbey, Ryan, and Delaney Ridgeway and Waylon, Willie, and Whitley Moore, Cayden Boggs, a great nephew Ledger Frazier; and a special little buddy Kreed.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Wilson Funeral Home at 7:00PM with Pastor Rick May officiating. Friends may visit the family from 6:00PM until time of services.
