Obituary of Charles Eugene McKinster

Charles Eugene McKinster 75 of Spencer Branch Louisa, Kentucky passed away May 11, 2023 at his home.

Charles was born May 20, 1947 at Busseyville, Kentucky the son of the late Earl and Dortha Spencer McKinster. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his daughter Dana McKinster.

Charles was a retired bus mechanic for the Lawrence County Board of Education. Charles served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his loving wife Wanda Howard McKinster; a son and daughter-in-law Rodney and Stacy McKinster; two grandsons Drew and Caleb Hall; a great grandson Silas Hall and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 16th at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Hughes and Rev. Joe Castle officiating. Burial with full military honors will follow in the Yatesville Memorial Gardens.

Friends may visit the family on Monday May 15th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
