Obituary of Christy Von Wilks

Christy Von Wilks 45 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away May 22, 2023 at Kings Daughters Medical Center.

Christy was born November 21, 1977 at Louisa, Kentucky the daughter of Myrice Workman Wilks and the late Albert Wilks Jr. 

She was a homemaker.

In addition to her mother Christy is survived by a son Wyatt Wheeler; a daughter Maelee Marcum; a sister Misty Marcum; half sisters Lisa Halcomb, Shirley Wilks, and Alberta White; her life partner Jason Cooksey; a great niece; and many nieces, nephews, aunts,and uncles.

Funeral services for Christy will be held on Friday May 26th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Workman officiating. Burial will follow in the Workman Cemetery on Spankem Branch Road Louisa, Kentucky.

Friends may visit the family on Friday from 11:00 am until time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home.
