Obituary of Shawn Lee Blankenship

Shawn Lee Blankenship 51 of Winchester, Kentucky formerly of Louisa, KY passed away May 23, 2023 at the Clark Regional Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Shawn was born September 22, 1971 at Columbus, Ohio, the son of Sandra Bryan Blankenship and William E. Blankenship. He was a United States Army Veteran and a disabled Machine Operator.

Survivors include his wife Patricia Snider Blankenship; daughters Alyssa Frasher and Haley Blankenship; his mother Sandy Blankenship, his father William Blankenship, and a sister Tonia Blankenship.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday May 27th at 10:00 am at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Warfield Cemetery at Warfield, Kentucky.

Friends may visit the family on Friday May 26th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
