Obituary of Betty Jane Fitzpatrick

Betty Jane Fitzpatrick 90 of Louisa, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord Sunday May 28, 2023 at Three Rivers Medical Center surrounded by her family.

She was born January 28, 1933 at Clifford, Kentucky to the late Dan and Minerva Frazier Fitzpatrick.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons Danny Ray Fitzpatrick and Homer (Moose) Fitzpatrick; two sisters Roberta Pack and Gertrude Webb; four brothers Ulysses Fitzpatrick, Mack Fitzpatrick, Doris Fitzpatrick, and George Hammond.

She was a homemaker, a member of New Friendship United Baptist Church. She loved attending church, quilting, fishing, and traveling.

She is survived by one brother James A. Fitzpatrick; two sons Michael (Sandy) May and Rockey (Peggy) Fitzpatrick; two daughters Sue Ellen (Butch) Spires and Belinda Lou (Johnny) Kouns; fourteen grandchildren Karen Paugh, Amy Jones, Catrina Miller, Valerie Burgett, Donna Stickel, Casey Fitzpatrick, Dylan Fitzpatrick, Samantha Waller, Ryan Fitzpatrick, Ben Fitzpatrick, Conner Fitzpatrick, David Lee Davis, Melissa McCoy, and Jonathan Kouns; twenty-one great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday June 3rd at 3:30 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Caudill officiating. Burial will follow in the Fitzpatrick Cemetery at Louisa, Kentucky. Friends may visit the family on Friday June 2nd from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
