Obituary of Linda June Vaughn

Linda June Vaughn 82 of Louisa, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on June 29, 2023 following a brief illness.

Mrs. Vaughn was born June 6, 1941 in Logan County West Virginia, the daughter of the late Alpha and Dorothy Mallory Kimbler. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son Loren Vaughn.

 She was a retired Wayne County Board of Education Custodian.

Survivors include three sons Randy Vaughn, Theo Vaughn and wife Kathy, and Robert Pierce; a daughter Kimberly Pierce; grandchildren Brandi Hughes, Nick Vaughn, Jake Vaughn, Chris (Katie) Vaughn, Chelsea (Kyle) Jordan; and great grandchildren Christian Hughes, Waylon Vaughn, and Lauren Vaughn.

Funeral services will be held on Monday July 3rd at 11:00 am at the Meades Branch FWB Church with Bro. Darrel Combs officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Gardens at Louisa, Kentucky.

Friends may visit the family on Sunday July 2nd from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Meades Branch FWB Church.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Meades Branch FWB Church Building Fund in memory of Linda June Vaughn.

Care for Linda and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
