Obituary of Dixie Lee Caudill

Dixie Lee Caudill 84 of Fort Gay, WV passed away August 5, 2023 at The Jordan Center following a long illness.

Dixie was born October 28, 1938 at Kermit, WV, the daughter of the late Adrian and Geneva Muncy Block. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Wilburn Caudill, two sons Garfield and Adrian Dillon; brothers Roland, Riley, Mike, Thurman, Troy, and Raymond Block; and a sister Janie Worrix.

Survivors include a daughter Debbie Caudill and husband Ed, a son Joseph Lee Dillon; step-daughters Brenda (Roger) Winters and Linda Stillwell; a step son Wilburn (Cindy) Caudill Jr.; sisters Kelly (Sheridan) Marcum and Virginia (Glen) Baisden; brothers Donnie (Kay) Block, and Timothy Block; Grandchildren Sierra, Kaitlyn, Lora, Penny, Christy, Shaylynn, Kirk, Eddie, John, and Caleb; Great Grandchildren Anthony, Keith, Buddy, Sammy, Nick, Breanna, Keisha, Brooklynn, Braily, Halli, Great Grandchildren Brennly, Kade, Tucker, Rider, Bricen, Bristol, Kolt, Raylynn, Killie, Reece, Kaisley, Ridley, Riley, and Avalee.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday August 9th at  4:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Elders David Baldwin and David Trimble officiating. Burial will follow in the Caudill Cemetery on Sunnyside Road Fort Gay, WV.

Friends may visit the family on Wednesday from 2:00 pm until time of services at the Wilson Funeral Home.
