Obituary of Elena Alexandria Caudill

Our beloved mother, Elena Alexandria Caudill, born May 4, 1946 in Floyd Co. Ky, suddenly passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 77, surrounded by loved ones.

She was a loving mother and wife. She was also a gifted painter and a member of the Old Sand Gap United Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Ivan Caudill; her son Thomas Martin Caudill; one grandson Nathan Caudill; her parents Alex and Virgie Belpouch; two sisters Carrie Jordan and Victoria Pigg; and one brother Johnny Boggs.

Elena is survived by two daughters Jennifer Lee Thornsberry, and her husband Joe, Kathy Lynn Branham and her husband David; three sons Ivan Caudill, Chris Caudill, and Terry Caudill and his wife Julie. She was blessed with eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday August 19th at 12:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home of Louisa, KY. The family will receive friends at 11:00 AM until the time of services. Elders Frank Blevins, Jamie Litteral, Jeff Carroll and Perry Moore will be officiating. Come celebrate her home! Family asks that only the immediate family go to the cemetery after the funeral services.
