Obituary of Bobbie Ann Thompson

Bobbie Ann Thompson 70 of Catlettsburg, Kentucky passed away September 7, 2023 following a brief illness.

Bobbie was born June 20, 1953 at Paintsville, KY, the daughter of the late Bobby Duty and Pauline Holbrook. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a grandson Willie Isaiah Thompson. She was health care provider.

Survivors include a daughter Jennifer White; a son Willie Thompson Jr.; grandchildren Kendall Thompson, Brittney (Austin) Hatfield, Brooklyn White, and Shawn Thompson; great grandchildren Zander Thompson, Kenna Thompson, Kade Thompson, Zander Thompson, Zayden Cotterman, and Zayleigh Cotterman; a sister Tena Gilliam; a brother Tom Childer. She was a special granny to Karla, Andrea, Marcus, Autumn, Arianna, Aaliyah, Matthew, Daisy, Sadie, Charlie, and many more.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday September 10th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Rodney Gilliam officiating. Burial will follow in the Gilliam Cemetery/Blaine Hill. Friends may visit the family on Sunday from 11:00 am until time of services at Wilson Funeral Home.
