There was this one time, I was in her room and it was night, because I always slept in the floor in her room, she would always make a bed in the floor for me, every since I was little, until it was her time to go. But anyways, I go "Hey mamaw? What are you gonna do if anyone breaks in" and she looked up at me and anyone who knows her knows that look she has when she's about to say something "well. this, " she said to me randomly grabbing a huge metal pole out of nowhere. "And this, " she said, she pulled out a can of wasp spray under her little night stand. "It could do just the trick on someone, wack em' a good en' and they'd be out" and she was so serious about it too, she called it her "beatin' stick" haha, good times.
