Obituary of Michelle Marie Davidson

Michelle Marie Davidson (Frodel) [also known as Rebekah Yoder] age 53, a resident of Louisa, Kentucky (formerly of Grand Rapids, Michigan) departed this world on September 24, 2023, after a sudden complication following a medical procedure.

Michelle was born on September 3, 1970. She was the daughter of Marion Frodel (Gryczan) of Lansing, Michigan and the late Richard Frodel of Newaygo, Michigan. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her older sister, Wendy Sue Frodel.

Michelle leaves behind her husband, Robert Freudiger; mother, Marion Frodel; her four children – daughter, Samantha Bohm (husband Matthew); sons Joseph Laninga, Brandon Laninga, and Andrew Laninga (wife Jennifer); grand-daughters, Evelyn Bohm and Marion Bohm; sister, Vicky Butler (husband Patrick); brother, Edward Frodel; nephews, Seth Zalenski and Ayden Frodel.

In her recent years, Michelle was a proud servant of the Lord, with her evangelist husband. They faithfully belonged to the Warfield Church of God in Warfield, Kentucky.

During this time of grief, let us remember the humor, laughter, and impulsivity that Michelle brought into our lives. We hope her soul can find peace, healing, and closure. When you are reminded of her, please let her laughter wash over you and bring a smile to your face.

A memorial service to be announced by the family will be held at a later date in her home state of Michigan.
