I have known Billy since I was born. He was the greatest uncle I ever could have been blessed with. He has always been there wether in need, or to be put in my place he was there for anything. He was a man that would step up when others wouldn’t, and help anyone who needed help. I love you, and will miss you Uncle Billy so much. Thank you for always loving us as your own. Fly High, and rest in Heaven my uncle.
