Obituary of Anita Hale

Anita Hale Fugitt 68 of Louisa, KY passed away October 16, 2023 at Three Rivers Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Anita was born March 13, 1955 in Columbus, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Shirley Stevens Debord Jr. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her first husband Douglas "Junebug" Hale and a brother David Debord.

Survivors include her loving husband Paul Fugitt; three daughters Virginia (Joe) Castle, Carol (Eugene) Perkins, and Samantha (Josh) Hylton; two sons William (Etta) Hale and Jason Hale; six granddaughters Kristin Glover, Roxanna Perkins, Kayla Perkins, Sarissa Hale, Chloe Hale, and Jasmine Hale; six grandsons Dougie (Steffany) Perkins, Dewayne Perkins, Cheyenne Hale, Cameron Daniel, Cayden Hale, and Sawyer Hylton; fifteen great-grandchildren; four sisters Shirley Brooks, Jenny Preece, Anna Graham, and Juanita Collinsworth; and five brothers Johnny Debord, Robert Debord, Packer Debord, Barry Debord, and Jerry Debord.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 18th at 3:00 pm at the Hale-Ash Cemetery at Holt Road Louisa, KY.
