Jeffrey Brian Wilburn 56 of Portland Oregon formerly of Louisa passed away December 5, 2023 at his home in Portland.
Jeffrey was born December 11, 1966, the son of the late Phil Wilburn and Clara Doris King.
Jeffrey is survived by a sister Michelle Wilburn.
A memorial service will be held at a later date to be announced by the family.
Care for Jeffrey and his family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
