Obituary of Penny Lea Stambough

Penny Lea Stambough 64 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away December 10, 2023 at Community Hospice Care Center following a brief illness.

Penny was born October 8, 1959 at Louisa, the daughter of the late Walter and Anna Triplett Burchett, in addition her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Douglas Stambough and a son Timothy Stambough.

 She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons Raymond Stambough and David Stambough; sisters Mary (Cecil) Prince and Sandra (Donnie) Setser; a brother David (Mary) Burchett; and a grandson Andrew Stambough; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Friday December 15th at the Burchett Cemetery on Morgans Creek at 11:00 am with Rev. Jimmy Osborne officiating. Burial will follow there at the Burchett Cemetery.

Care for Penny and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.

In Lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations to help with funeral expenses be made to Wilson Funeral Home.
