Obituary of Willard Hayward Roberts

Willard Hayward Roberts 78 of Flatwoods, Kentucky formerly of Lawrence County passed away January 6, 2024 at Oakmont Manor following a brief illness.

Willard was born May 2, 1945 at Louisa, the son of the late Millard Hayward and Egie Nolen Roberts. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Virginia Sharon Carter Roberts.

He was a retired Armco Steelworker with 40 years of service. He also served in the United States Army during the Viet Nam War.

Survivors include two sons James Roberts and Megan and Jonathan Roberts and Rhonda; grandchildren Lillian Roberts, Isaac Roberts, and Claire Roberts.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Wednesday January 10th  at 2:00 pm at the Bradley Cemetery off of Route 32 Louisa, Kentucky with Rev. Jimmy Osborne officiating.
