Colleen “Cokie” Sluss Griffith 52 of Louisa passed away Wednesday August 7, 2013 at Three Rivers Medical Center following a sudden illness.
Cokie was born December 12, 1960 in Lawrence County, the daughter of the late Vernon and Massouri Price Sluss. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Rick Griffith, a son Ryan Hawkins and sister Emma Boyd.
Survivors include three daughters Andrea Cantrell, Samantha Cantrell, and LeighAnn Thomlin; grandchildren Adrien, Cammie, Ariel, Ashton, Scooter, and Audrey; a sister Connie Boyd, brothers Hershell Sluss, Carter Sluss, and Buck Sluss.
Funeral services will be conducted by Rev. Charles Price on Friday August 9th at 2:00 pm at the Richardson Chapel Church. Burial will follow in the Sluss Cemetery at Richardson, KY.
Friends may call from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm Thursday at the Church.
