Obituary of Charles Edward Carter

Charles Edward Carter 82 of Martha, Kentucky passed away August 9, 2024 at the The Jordan Center following a long illness.

Charles was born August 1, 1942 at Blaine, Kentucky the son of the late Talmadge and Nellie Blythe Carter. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a baby sister Joann Carter, a sister-in-law Patty Carter, and a brother-in-law Robert Gussler.

Charles was a farmer.

Survivors include a daughter Mary Jane Carter; a sister Marjorie Gussler; and a brother Willard Carter.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday August 13th at 11:00 am at the Yatesville Memorial Gardens with Rev. Roger Jordan officiating. Friends may visit the family on Tuesday August 13th from 10:00 am to 10:45 am at the Wilson Funeral Home.
