Q: What will you never forget about David?
A: Eugene was Asst Principal at Crum High School when both of my children were going there. I look back and can laugh. It was wonderful when I heard Eugene gave his life to the Lord. Praying for his family he left and Charles and Joanne

So sad to hear about this mighty loss. David was the nicest person! We were classmates and graduated together at Crum High School in 1975. Always smiling and greeting everyone. I first met Eugene when he was a senior in high school the year I started teaching at Crum Elementary. He was one of their leadership students who helped the teachers. Even at that age, he had such an outgoing personality. After he and Gail finished college, I had the privilege of teaching with them as they joined the staff at Crum. Even during their first year, they both were excellent teachers. I will always hold both Gail and Eugene in high esteem.
