Elsie M. Estep Scott, 86, of Louisa, KY passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024. She was born December 23, 1937 in Lowmansville, KY.
She was the daughter of the late Charlie Estep and Florene Hatfield Williams. In addition to her parents, she is preceeded in death by her husband, Randy Scott, five brothers and four sisters.
Surviving are one brother Bob (Joy) Williams of Ashland, KY; a sister Kathy (Wayne) Burchett of Louisa, KY and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no visitation or funeral services per her request.
All care for Elsie and her family has been entrusted to our family here at Wilson Funeral Home.
