Obituary of Opal Darlene Meade

Darlene Meade 66 of Louisa, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on October 9, 2024 following a long illness.

Darlene was born July 8, 1958 at Louisa, Kentucky the daughter of the late Harm and Christine Fitch Moore. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Darvin Meade.

Survivors include her sons Harm Russell Lemaster, Wade (Angie) Lemaster, Frankie (Stephanie) Lemaster, Howard Meade, and Adam (Rachel) Meade; step children Timothy Moore and Opal Blevins; sisters Frances Meade, Linda McKinnon, and Edith Spradlin; a brother Tim Moore; and several grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Friday October 11th at noon at the Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Meade officiating. Burial will follow in the Meade Cemetery on Nats Creek Louisa, Kentucky. Friends may visit the family on Thursday October 10th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
