Leslie Ferguson Jr. Obituary

Leslie Ferguson Jr. 87 of Fort Gay, West Virginia passed away Tuesday October 29, 2024 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House following a long illness.


Leslie was born August 3, 1937 in Wayne County the son of the late Leslie and Ruth Thompson Ferguson. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Bonnie Lycan Ferguson; two sons Roger and Randy Ferguson; and five brothers Wayne, Walter, Raymond, Ray, and Emory Ferguson.


Survivors include two sons Darrell Lesley Ferguson and Rickey Ferguson; two daughters Rita Ferguson and Fredia (Steve) Cook; a brother Albert (Kathy) Ferguson; and two sisters Faye (Roger) Finley and Ruby (David) Cockrell; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.


Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday November 1st at noon at the Pratt Cemetery on Hampton Ridge Radnor, West Virginia with Rev. Mack Ray Cyrus officiating.
