Obituary of Dora Lucille Robertson

Lucille Robertson 81 of Fort Gay, West Virginia passed away November 15, 2024 at Three Rivers Medical Center following a brief illness.

Lucille was born October 4, 1943 at Louisa, Kentucky the daughter of the late John B. and Shirley Mae Thompson Cyrus. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Ronald Robertson; three sons Roger Lee, Ronald Allen, and James Darrell Robertson; deceased grandson James Eric Bentley; a deceased sister Lola Hartshorn; and deceased brother Edward Cyrus.

Survivors include a daughter Debbie Bentley and husband Gary, and a son Randy Lee Robertson; grandchildren Charles Allen (Katelynn) Bentley and Michella Dawn (Josh) Childers; great grandchildren Eric Layne Bentley, Daxton Kit Childers, Joshua Finn Childers, River Emmaline Bentley, and Harper Rue Bentley; and a brothers John B. Cyrus Jr. and David Copley; sisters Angela Quintero, Crystal Thompson, and Leah Thompson; and sister in law Cora Jean Cyrus.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday November 20th at 11:00 am at the New Beginning Community Church with Rev. Noah Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in the Robertson Cemetery at Fort Gay, West Virginia. 

Friends may visit the family on Tuesday November 19th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the New Beginning Community Church.
