Charles Hugh Sparks 83 of Yellow Creek Road Louisa, Kentucky passed away November 29, 2024 at Kings Daughters Medical Center following a brief illness.
Charles was born March 22, 1941 at Louisa, Kentucky the son of the late Bennett and Garnet Adkins Sparks.
He was a retired C&O Railroader and a United States Navy Veteran.
Survivors include his children Charles H. Sparks Jr, Rebecca Sparks, Donald Sparks, and Matthew Sparks.
In keeping with Charles wishes there will not be any services.
