Lucy Blackburn Runion 84 of Louisa, Kentucky passed away December 12, 2024 at Kings Daughters Medical Center.
Lucy was born August 14, 1940 in Martin County Kentucky, the daughter of the late Foch and Dixie McGinnis Blackburn. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by a son Foch Runion.
Survivors include a son Roger (Karen) Runion; a sister Egie Blackburn; grandchildren Angel Runion, Clin Runion, and Benjamin Runion; great grandchildren Dominik Turner, Malcolm Runion, and Leo Runion.
Graveside funeral services will be held on Monday December 16th at 2:00 pm at the Blackburn Cemetery Clifford Kentucky.
Care for Lucy and her family has been entrusted to our family at Wilson Funeral Home.
