Raymond Lee Osborne age 58 of Blaine, Kentucky passed away Tuesday December 17, 2013 at Three Rivers Medical Center. Raymond was born Feb. 20, 1955 at Blaine, KY, the son of the late Hubert and Sylvia Sparks Osborne. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his late wife Peggy Ann and two sisters Taletha Faye Bates and Lucy Barker. He was a former Lawrence County Road Department employee and of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law Tammy and Bobby Keeton of Blaine; a son and daughter-in-law Chris and Debbie Osborne of Blaine; two brothers Hubert Milton (Shirley) Osborne of Blaine and Jerry (Pam) Osborne of Ashland, KY; two half-brothers Harold (Tena) Osborne and Darrell Lowe both of Blaine; three half-sisters Patsy (Fred) Arrington of Blaine, Suzie (Larry Gene) Ratliff of Fallsburg, KY and Brenda (Danny) Slone also of Blaine; a granddaughter Totiona Keeton and two grandsons Jadan Keeton and Bradley Osborne, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday Dec. 20th at 11:00 am at the Cains Creek FWB Church with Bro. Ford McKenzie and Bro. Rodney King officiating. Burial will follow in the Osborne Cemetery at Blaine, KY. Friends may call after 3:00 pm Thursday at the Cains Creek FWB Church. Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
