Susan Marie Cook 57 of Louisa, KY passed away Sunday January 12, 2014 at her home.
Susan was born October 7, 1956 in Mount Clemens, MI, the daughter of the late Raymond and Dorothy Arlene Faulman Parham. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters Phyllis Marie Jordan and Jenny Lynn Cook both of Louisa, KY; three sons Franklin David Green of Louisa, Billy Ray Allen Green and Franklin Jr. Green II both of Spring Hills, WV.; three sisters Pamela Joyce Sharp of Columbus, OH, Dorothy Arlene Flangan of Lincoln City, OR, and Sharon Elizabeth Green of Louisa, KY; a brother Michael Edward Parham of Piggot, AK; six grandsons Ranson Bailey Ward, Shane Austin Jordan, Joshua Leon Cook, Tyler Green, and Jacob Devon Jordan.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday January 15th at 2:30 pm at the Cherryville Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. Charles Price and Bro. Bob Messer officiating.
Care was entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
