Henry “Skip” Boyd 63 of Nats Creek passed away Thursday January 16, 2014 at his home following a brief illness.
Skip was born August 25, 1950 at Paintsville, KY, the son of Henry and Francis Fitchpatrick Boyd. He was a coal miner with Booth Energy.
He was preceded in death by his wife Judy Marcum Boyd and two brothers Allen and Phillip Boyd.
Survivors include his parents Henry and Francis Boyd of Louisa, daughter Janet and husband Joey Fitch of Louisa, Henry Boyd IV and wife Sandra Gail also of Louisa, two brothers Steve Boyd of Louisa and Hugh Boyd of River, KY, a sister Audrey Jean Lewis of Louisa, four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday Jan. 19th at 7:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Dale Riffe officiating. Friends may call from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday Jan. 19th at the Wilson Funeral Home.
Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
