Thomas Richard Osborne 62 of Louisa, KY went to be with the Lord on Thursday March 6, 2014 at Cabell Huntington Hospital following a brief illness.
Tom was born Sept. 25, 1951 in Louisa, the son of the late Tommy Nelson and Claire Louise Nolan Osborne. He was a retired coal miner, United States Navy Veteran, and member of the Bear Creek Apostolic Church. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife Carol Lynn Blackburn Osborne, and a sister.
Survivors include three sons Thomas Jr., Billy, and James all of Louisa, five brothers and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday March 8th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Spriggs officiating. Burial will follow in the Blackburn Cemetery Louisa, KY.
Friends may call after 6:00 pm Friday March 7th at the Wilson Funeral Home.
