Lucy Kay "Smokey" Napier 64 of Louisa, Ky went to be with the Lord on Thursday May 29, 2014 following a brief illness. Lucy was born May 2, 1950 at Toledo, OH the daughter of Berry Halstead Vicary and the late Kenneth Vicary. She was a retired mail handler for the United States Postal Service and a member of the Smokey Valley Enterprise Baptist Church where she played the piano for many years. Survivors include her loving husband Larry Napier Sr. of Louisa, two daughters Lois Cox of Genoa, OH and Laura Vargo of Toledo, OH, a son Larry J. Napier Jr. of Michigan, her mother Betty Vicary of Swanton, OH, a sister Kathy Douglas also of Swanton, OH, a brother Kenneth Vicary of Maumee, OH; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday May 31st at 2:00 pm at the Smokey Valley Enterprise Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Kelly officiating. Burial will follow in the Willow Cemetery at Oregon, OH. Friends may call from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday at the Church. Care has been entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
