Jonathon Allen Rigsby Waugh, 32 formerly of Louisa, passed away unexpectedly June 20, 2014 in Gallion Ohio. Jonathon was born February 21, 1982 in Mansfield, he was the son of Joe Randall and Debra (Rigsby) Waugh. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army He is survived by his fiancé, Ashley Helton of Chillicothe, OH; daughters, Shay Rigsby of Louisa, KY and Trinity Grace Rigsby of Chillicothe, OH; sons, Jonathon Owen Rigsby and Devon Allen Rigsby, both of Louisa, KY; parents, Joe Randall and Debra Waugh of Louisa, KY;,Two brothers, Nick Waugh of Louisa, KY, and Joe Randall Waugh Jr of Ashland Ky.; sisters, Debbie (L.B.) Maynard, Shelly (Charles T.) Vinson, both of Louisa, KY. Survivors also include multiple nieces and nephews. Jonathon also leaves behind an extended family in Ohio. Jonathon was preceded in death by his Paternal Grandparents Duant and Roxie Waugh and his Maternal Grandmother Donna Kay Hamm Kennedy Funeral will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday June 27, 2014 at Wilson Funeral Home in Louisa, KY with Rev. Paul Stepp officiating. Friends may call from 11 a.m.-1 p.m on Friday prior to the funeral. Burial will follow in Waugh Family Cemetery.
