Judith Rebecca Mitchell, age 73, of Ashland, died Sunday, July 13, 2014 at her home. Judith was born May 9, 1941 in Cleveland, OH. She is the daughter of the late Louis and the late Mathilda (Kassouf) Ganim. She was a Book Keeper. She is survived by her loving husband: Woodrow Cecil Mitchell Jr. ; She is also survived by two sisters: Carol Nelson of Dayton, OH, Susan Kober of Cleveland, OH; sister-in-law, Dorcas Fannin of Catlettsburg, KY; brother-in-law, Dean Fannin of Catlettsburg, KY;2 nieces, Katy Robertson and Ally Vanhoose and 1 nephew Sam Akers. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Jennifer Mitchell.
The funeral will be held 8:00 pm on Thursday, July 17, 2014 at Wilson Funeral Home Inc., with Rev. Doug Kelly officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery, Georges Creek on Friday, July 18 at 10:00 am
Calling hours will be Thursday, July 17 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home
