David "Butch" Wellman 50 of Louisa, KY went to be with the Lord on July 31, 2014 at the Three Rivers Medical Center. David was born Oct. 10, 1963 in Louisa, KY the son of Millard B. and Carol Wellman. He was a former ambulance driver for Lifestar Ambulance Service, served as sergeant for the Louisa Fire Department Station 2, and was a former Miller Brothers Coal rock truck driver. He is survived by his loving family parents Millard B. and Carol Wellman, two daughters Asia and husband Josh Hatfield of Louisa, KY and Tori Wellman and fiancé Josh Ratliff also of Louisa; two grandsons Liam and Bentlee, his former wife Leslie Johnson Wellman; two Brothers Daniel and Benjamin Wellman both of Louisa, KY; a host of nieces and nephews and his dog Abby. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday August 5, 2014 at 3:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Hogston officiating. Burial will follow in the Bradley Cemetery Louisa, KY. Friends may call from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday August 4th at the Wilson Funeral Home.
