Judy Cyrus 73 of Louisa, KY went to be with the Lord on Sept. 2, 2014 at her home following a brief illness. Judy was born March 29, 1941 at Jenkins, KY the daughter of the late Russell Thompson and the late Dave and Amanda Hayes Thompson. She was a homemaker and member of the Smokey Valley Enterprise Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Bob Cyrus who died on July 21, 2005. Survivors include daughters Christa Cyrus and Kim Shirkey and husband Bud of Louisa and Ivetta Cyrus of Nashville, Tn, and two sons Bobby and fiance' Teddi Pack and Russell Cyrus also of Louisa; a sister and brother-in-law Sue and Doug Kelly and a brother Jimmy Hastings, 9 grandchildren Andrew (Beth), Cole, Michaela (Ryan), Aaron, Olivia, Karrah, Kortney, Jessica, and Jason; 2 great grandsons Roxas and Axel and 6 Step Great Grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday Sept. 7th at noon at the Smokey Valley Enterprise Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Kelly and Rev. Ronnie Wheeler officiating. Burial will follow in the Cyrus Cemetery at Louisa, KY. Friends may call from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Saturday at Wilson Funeral Home.
