Thomas William DeBoard 31 of Louisa, KY passed away Sept. 4, 2014 at Kings Daughters Medical Center following a brief illness.
Thomas was born Aug. 17, 1983 in Columbus, Ohio the son of Lisa Jo Deboard and the late William Nixon. He was a Fallsburg Campground employee.
Survivors include his mother Lisa Jo Deboard, a sister Amanda Nixon, Maternal Grandparents Ed and Sarah Deboard, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Friends may call from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Saturday at the Myrtle Chapel Church
