Delbert Blackburn 65 of Louisa, KY passed away Sunday October 19, 2014 at the J.J. Jordan Geriatric Center.
Delbert was born March 21, 1949 at Inez, KY the son of the late Dewey and Rebecca Moore Blackburn.
Survivors include a brother Hiawatha Blackburn of Louisa, KY.
In keeping with his wishes family has chosen cremation.
Care was entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home.
