Type Obit HereKermit Collins Jr. 63 of Fallsburg, KY passed away Thursday Oct. 30, 2014 at Kings Daughters Medical Center following a brief illness.
Kermit was born June 22, 1951 at Louisa, KY the son of the late Kermit and Barbara Shortridge Collins. He was a retired maintance department employee at Three Rivers Medical Center and a United State Air Force Veteran.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by three brothers Steve, Kenny, and Rick; and a granddaughter Heidi Justice.
Survivors include his loving wife Connie Hall Collins, a daughter Lisa Wippler, step daughters Jill (Mark) Hundull, Pam Justice, Shasta Evans, Sally Fairchild, and Shellie (Steve) Somers; a step son Richard (Gwyn) Justice; two sisters Brenda Dawson and Connie Meade; 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.
Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Sunday Nov. 2nd at 2:00 pm at the Collins Cemetery at Fallsburg, KY with Rev. Jimmy Osborne officiating.
