Jackie Dale Shortridge 56 of Louisa passed away Thursday Nov. 6, 2014 following a sudden illness.
Jackie was born March 8, 1958 in Louisa, KY the son of the late Adam and Roberta Jo Coffey Shortridge.
Survivors include daughter Candy Shortridge, brothers Phillip Savage and Patrick Savage and sisters Karen Bailey and Susan Bream.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday Nov. 10th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the McDaniel Cemetery at Louisa.
Friends may call from 11:00 am until time of services at 1pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
