Janice Rose O'brian Frazier, age 73, of Louisa, passed away Friday, December 19, 2014 at Kings Daughters Medical Center of Ashland, KY. Mrs. Frazier was born February 5, 1941 in Wayne County WV. She is the daughter of the late Charlie and the late Sarah Elizabeth (Robertson) O'brian. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Elmer Lynn Frazier, a sister Gladys Cyrus and a brother Bob O'brian. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Oak Grove Church. She is survived by four daughters: Estella Lou Frazier and husband Kenneth, Linda Salyers and husband Kenny, Rita Lynn Rose and husband Bobby and Rose Mary Frazier all of Louisa,Ky. One son: John Frazier and wife Patricia of Louisa; Two sisters: Lula Belle Casdorph and Wanda Napier and also three brothers: Joe O'brian, Charlie O'brian Jr., and Don O;brian; Mrs. Frazier also leaves behind seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of loving family and friends. The funeral will be held 1:00 pm on Monday, December 22, 2014 at Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Mack Cyrus and Re. Tom Kitts officiating.
