Dear Janet,
My mother and father, Barbara and Dougherty, were great friends of yours when we lived in Louisa. Both have passed now, but upon learning of Marty's passing I know they are sending you love and prayers during this difficult time. Because of your friendship with my parents, I became a closer friend with Marty way back then. I appreciated his friendship, sense of humor and confidence. May all find peace and comfort in due time.
