Obituary of Henry R. Creech

Henry R. "Sam" Creech 76 of Mazie, KY passed away Tuesday Feb. 10, 2015 at his home following a brief illness.
Sam was born Nov. 10, 1938 at Mazie, KY the son of the late Lonnie and Virgie Frazier Creech. He was a retired from Inco Alloy and was of the Christian Faith. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Lowell Creech and a niece Stephanie Creech.
Survivors include his loving wife Willadene Bailey Creech, a brother Lonnie Paul Creech and wife Joann of Blaine, KY and a sister-in-law Mary Creech also of Blaine, KY; and many special nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday Feb. 14th at 2:00 pm at Wilson Funeral Home with Don Smith and Lenny Wheeler ministers officiating. Burial will follow in Yatesville Memorial Gardens at Louisa, KY.
Friends may call from noon Saturday until time of services at 2:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home.
