I'm so sorry about the passing of my uncle Bill . He was one of my favorite uncles . I remember Uncle Bill coming to our home at
Harman when i was a little girl probably about four or five taking my Mon ,my sister and I for a ride in his shiny new convertable. He was dearly loved by Jim and Nell Ratliff family in Grundy Va.
