Claude West 79 of Blaine, KY passed away Thursday March 26, 2015 at his home following a long illness.
Claude was born Dec. 15, 1935 at Martha, KY the son of the late Noah and Mertie Ferguson West. He worked in construction and loved to farm. In addition to his parents Claude was preceded in death by his wife Juanita Arrington West who died in 1999.
Survivors include a daughter Robin Barker and husband Lanny of Blaine, KY and a son Rocky West of Williamson, KY; six brothers James West, Gene West, Floyd "Buck" West, Don West, Paul West, and Eddie West; four sisters Edith Walker, Leatrice Kelly, Lana Wright, and Josephine Perry; 4 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 2 step grandsons.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday March 30th at 1:00 pm at the Wilson Funeral Home with Bro. Ledgel Ferguson, Bro. Mike Roberts, Bro. Wes Kingsmore officiating. Burial will follow in the Sparks Cemetery at Blaine, KY.
Friends may call after 5:00 pm Sunday at the Wilson Funeral Home.
