My thoughts and Prayers are with you all. I Got to know Billy by being a Neighbor the most friendly man I ever met he would always talk to me ever time I was out not a day that went by I passed by he would always be waving or saying sure hot day out sissy I always felt in my heart I sure have good neighbors. My Prayers go out to his grand daughter Kate just living beside them threw out the years I know the past 2 years she was his world I always here him out side hollering he loved her the sweetest papaw ever not a day will pass I will miss talking to him good neighbors like him and his son and daughter n law and little baby Kate are hard to find.
