Janet, Heather, Rhonda, April and the entire family- I am so sorry for your loss. I know what a light and strength Billie was to all of you. May God bless you to find peace , knowing that he is in a better place, no more suffering and pain. I know he loved you all and that you did and will always love him. Love you.
